The making of a web page is a very gratifying thing. One gets to put their own ideas before the world. The artist comes out and the picture of what you want to present to the world takes form.

The artist gets to cover the digital canvas with the digital paint with an array of colors and pictures, texts and even animation and sound. Special Effects are able to be done with special software and the pages take on the life that the maker wants them to have.

  7. Close out of Telnet by typing exit

Creating your html files:

If you are creating a personal homepage name the first document index.html; if you are creating a non-personal document you may name it anything you wish as long as you save it with the .html extension. Make sure you save your first file of the web page as( index.html )

The program called arachnophilia will be used to design your web pages and you will use the Leap FTP to transfer the files to your public_html directory.
